Job Summary

Analyze and design data requirements for a core banking solution, including lending domain data structures, balance types, and integration with a data warehouse. Lead engagement with business users and stakeholders through workshops, document requirements and impacts on downstream applications using tools like JIRA and Confluence, support solution design, and provide feedback for testing and client UAT. Guide and groom business analysts throughout delivery under Agile.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead engagement with business users to define scope, understand processes, and clarify problem statements and pain areas.
•Identify data requirements and their integration with the data warehouse, including data needed for surrounding systems and reporting.
•Run client requirement workshops, identify gaps, and propose realistic resolutions within agreed project scope.
•Guide business analysts and support solution design with Design and Development teams, maintaining requirement traceability.
•Provide feedback on test cases and support Quality Assurance and client UAT, plus assist with production of user guides and SOPs.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience implementing Transact system is a must.
•In-depth understanding of data structure, balance types, and interfacing techniques within Transact.
•Detailed understanding of commercial and SME lending products such as Commercial Loans, Syndication, and Mezz Finance.
•Experience documenting business cases, business process modelling, and eliciting requirements through workshops.
•Experience working on Agile methodology of implementation is mandatory.
