Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze customer specifications, grid code requirements, and project technical requirements to translate them into control system solutions.
  • •Design and develop control logic for the Plant Power Controller (PPC), Energy Management System (EMS), and other plant-level control functions on the Ovation Platform.
  • •Configure and implement project-specific applications within Ovation Green SCADA, including integration, HMI development, alarm management, data acquisition, and reporting.
  • •Perform system testing, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and commissioning to ensure successful project delivery.
  • •Support project execution to complete technical deliverables on schedule, within scope, and in compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, Power Systems, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong understanding of power system control functions, including power control and grid support functions.
  • •Knowledge of renewable energy plant operation, including PV, BESS, and hybrid power plant applications.
  • •Hands-on experience with PPC, EMS, and Hybrid applications for utility-scale renewable energy projects.
  • •Experience in SCADA system design, HMI development, and system integration, including familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus TCP/IP, IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 61850, OPC UA).
