Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost management across design, tender, and construction phases, including budgets, cost plans, and cost-to-completion forecasting.
  • •Oversee BOQ preparation/validation, quantity take-offs, and estimation for feasibility, budgeting, and value optimization.
  • •Manage procurement and tender commercial strategy, including reviewing tender documents, evaluating bids, and supporting award negotiations.
  • •Administer contracts and manage commercial matters such as variations, claims, disputes, submissions, interim valuations, and commercial negotiations.
  • •Conduct site visits for progress validation and cost verification, and prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis while advising on performance and risks.

Key Requirements

  • •10-15 years of experience in quantity surveying/cost management, including large-scale or multiple projects.
  • •Strong background in contract administration and claims management, including variations, claims, and disputes.
  • •Advanced cost planning and estimation skills, including budget development and cost-to-completion forecasting.
  • •Experience overseeing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates for feasibility and budgeting.
  • •Proven ability to handle procurement/tender management and commercial negotiations with contractors and vendors.
