Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee teller operations to ensure efficient, accurate, professional service and adherence to policies, standards, and security procedures.
  • •Coordinate teller work by assigning tasks and distributing workflow, handling complex transactions, and investigating teller out-of-balance conditions.
  • •Supervise and train tellers and other personnel, setting objectives, monitoring compliance with policy/procedures and sales culture, and assisting with new associates.
  • •Provide customer service through resolving requests and questions, directing calls, maintaining privacy, completing file maintenance/account changes, and cross-selling bank products.
  • •Coordinate with branch and area personnel and management by completing reports, providing updates on activities or problems, and handling opening/closing duties as assigned.

Key Requirements
