Key Responsibilities

•Create and prepare translatable materials, ensuring clarity, proper formatting, and alignment with organizational standards.
•Coordinate end-to-end translation projects, including request intake, document preparation, submission, tracking, and delivery.
•Recreate and localize content into designated target languages, maintaining exact replication of layout and formatting using tools such as Adobe Acrobat and InDesign.
•Set up and coordinate interpretation services (over-the-phone, virtual, and in-person), including scheduling and logistical coordination.
•Serve as a point of contact for language service requests and use language support systems and tracking tools to maintain accurate project records and documentation.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, communications, language services, customer service, or a related field.
•Experience coordinating multiple projects, requests, or workflows in a fast-paced environment preferred.
•Experience working with translation, interpretation, content management, or document preparation processes preferred.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat; Adobe InDesign or Illustrator experience preferred.
