Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Americas sales, legal, finance, and revenue operations to structure, negotiate, and close complex enterprise deals.
  • •Serve as a thought partner to sales on deal strategy, including pricing, competitive positioning, negotiation approach, and contract structure.
  • •Evolve pricing models and deal frameworks by identifying trends across deal flow and driving changes through to finance and leadership.
  • •Lead cross-functional initiatives to systematize operations at scale, including approval workflows, contracting playbooks, pricing guardrails, and sales enablement.
  • •Improve existing tools and processes (Salesforce, Ironclad, and pricing infrastructure) by partnering with the GTM systems team.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of experience across consulting, investing, commercial strategy, deal desk, or a combination with demonstrated ownership of outcomes.
  • •Experience on enterprise B2B deals, ideally in SaaS or infrastructure, including direct experience with $1M+ ACV contracts.
  • •Track record of scaling in a high-volume deal environment by building processes, playbooks, and enablement.
  • •Strong analytical skills, including comfort analyzing pricing and building ROI models in Excel to support recommendations.
  • •Ability to bring perspective and urgency, operating with ownership and minimal hand-holding.
