Manufacturing Engineer (Starlink)

Forge electro-mechanical assembly and test processes for Starlink manufacturing; partner with the mechanical design team to ensure design for manufacturability; lead prototype builds to meet production milestones; ensure manufacturing systems support high-volume throughput, cost, and quality targets; lead facilities development, floor layout, headcount, and material flow; identify tooling and automation opportunities and implement with internal or vendor teams.
