Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead services sales execution and project delivery for key accounts, engaging executives to create and execute roadmaps that drive business outcomes.
  • •Own the entire professional services lifecycle—from deal strategy and proposal creation to execution and forecasting.
  • •Be the go-to expert for cloud-based data warehousing, business intelligence, and AI-powered solutions.
  • •Lead high-performing teams to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
  • •Report to a Consulting Practice Director and collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Delivery teams to align services with customer outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in a Sales and Services Delivery role interfacing with executives and handling complex, technical implementations, roadmapping and revenue forecasting.
  • •Direct experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and/or Cloud fields within healthcare or life sciences contexts.
  • •Strong ability to articulate business solutions to clients, leveraging data to enable digital transformations (e.g., CDP, data sharing, AI, personalization).
  • •Proven track record of meeting bookings, utilization, and consumption targets in a services context.
  • •Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical programs for internal teams and customer stakeholders; manage multiple projects independently.
