Job Summary

Drive Right First-Time performance by supporting process and product quality systems and leading continuous improvement across the facility. Partner with cross-functional teams to reduce quality incidents through root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving, evaluate non-conformances, and implement corrective actions. Interpret customer and industry specifications to support contract review, participate in process change evaluations and PFMEA risk assessments, and support quality and supplier audits while maintaining the calibration system.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing quality incidents and improving process capability
•Facilitate root cause analysis and structured problem-solving with cross-functional teams
•Evaluate non-conformance incidents and support disposition, correction, and corrective action implementation
•Support contract review by interpreting customer and industry specifications to ensure compliance
•Participate in process change evaluations, risk assessments, and PFMEA activities, and support customer and supplier audits

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
•Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Security Clearance
•2 years of quality work experience in a manufacturing environment such as inspection, specification review, and customer audits
•Strong aptitude for applying engineering principles to solve manufacturing and process-related challenges
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
