Own the compute and storage supply chain from supplier strategy through delivery. Negotiate pricing, lead times, and capacity reservations with OEMs/ODMs, dual-source critical node configurations, and prevent single-supplier slips from stalling data halls. Track supplier performance using on-time delivery, DOA rates, and lead-time drift, reviewed monthly, to keep schedule compression as an advantage. Drive GPU/accelerator sourcing and cost-modeling where needed.
