•Build and develop champion communities and power-user networks within customer organizations
•Lead educational workshops and live events, tailoring content to diverse audiences
•Continuously improve materials based on customer feedback and adoption data, collaborating cross-functionally
•Develop and nurture relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors to scale enablement
