Job Summary

CAD/BIM technical role within Building Structures, producing BIM models and detailed engineering drawings using Revit Structures, with occasional leadership of a Revit modelling team. Based in India (Noida/Bengaluru) and integrating with the BIM/Structures team on multiple projects, reporting to BIM Manager or Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and produce BIM models and construction drawings for building structures using Revit Structures, coordinating with project engineers on drawing strategy and numbering.
•Coordinate BIM deliverables with internal teams and external clients, ensuring model quality and compliance with project BEP/ISO 19650 standards.
•Assist BIM Manager with estimation/costing inputs and alignment of project schedules.
•Set up BIM models to project standards and mentor/train junior modellers as needed.
•Coordinate with engineers and site teams for RFIs and revisions, ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
•Hands-on experience with Revit Structures and AutoCAD
•3+ years’ experience in RC/steel detailing
•Experience with Navisworks and rebar detailing standards (desirable)
•Ability to coordinate with project teams and adhere to project BEP/ISO 19650 standards
