Key Responsibilities

  • •Scope security-related feature enhancements with Product Management and Engineering for the local South Korean market requirements.
  • •Advise customers and engineering teams on building secure Korea-compliant Data and AI architectures, ensuring regional access controls and localization requirements.
  • •Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support to drive adoption of security features across teams.
  • •Partner with Product Marketing to define and support Snowflake’s AI and Data Cloud security posture, including awareness initiatives via conferences and events.
  • •Create security and networking reference architectures, hardening guides, and demos; share knowledge through webinars and industry conferences.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10+ years of hands-on information security experience, including 5+ years focused on cloud security architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP, or domestic Korean CSPs).
  • •Native or professional business fluency in written and spoken Korean, plus professional-level English for global collaboration and technical documentation.
  • •10+ years of customer-facing, hands-on implementation experience with strong focus on data concepts, privacy, governance, networking, infosec, and security technologies.
  • •Advanced cloud infrastructure and networking knowledge, including IAM/RBAC, OAuth, SCIM, TCP/IP, DNS, proxies, and CSP private networking (NAT, Firewalls, TLS, PrivateLink).
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK) and risk assessment-based control articulation; bachelor’s degree required (masters preferred).
