Own GL accounting for TikTok’s Americas region (US, Canada, and LATAM), supporting month-end close, year-end reporting, and audit inquiries. Partner with cross-functional teams, external auditors, and global accounting/reporting teams to operationalize complex transactions and ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. Maintain an accounting policy manual, analyze new accounting standards and business changes, and assess internal control effectiveness.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field and active CPA certification.
•5+ years of experience in financial statements auditing or financial accounting.
•Analytical skills including advanced Excel experience.
•Experience in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry.
•Working proficiency in Mandarin and English for communicating with China and non-China markets.
