Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel, Power BI, and SAP Joule to track customer adoption and consumption.
  • •Translate usage data into findings and recommendations, and automate recurring reporting to support analysis over manual data assembly.
  • •Review customer contracts and entitlement data, and validate metering/usage data quality and completeness for customer-specific measurement documentation.
  • •Test new metering capabilities and help evolve adoption and insight tooling, including SAP BTP and AI scenarios, while contributing small scripts and automations.
  • •Analyze customer data for targeting, maintain the engagement pipeline and trackers, and support administrative documentation and presentations for global teams.

Salary: USD 19 - 33 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled or recently graduated (start date within 6 months of graduation) from a program such as a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or JD/PhD.
  • •Education in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Confident working with data in Microsoft Excel and presenting it clearly in PowerPoint.
  • •Experience with an analytics tool such as Microsoft Power BI, or a drive to learn it quickly.
  • •Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, SQL, or JavaScript) is an advantage.
