Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with departmental associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards are met.
  • •Assign work tasks, prioritize work, and monitor progress against established standards and action plans.
  • •Operate and maintain WMS systems; track and monitor work activities; balance inventory and manage shift-to-shift communications.
  • •Monitor associate performance, provide feedback for improvement, and train associates using the Preferred Methods and Procedures manual.
  • •Follow safety and loss prevention policies, maintain attendance, and maintain a flexible schedule including shifts and overtime as needed.
