Job Summary

Support delivery of ASOS’s sustainable materials and circular design targets across product categories. Analyse sustainability data to identify risks and opportunities, manage supplier relationships, and develop training for internal teams and suppliers. Lead weekly green claims compliance checks, produce audit-ready documentation, and maintain supplier trackers. Validate supplier sustainability certifications (including GRS, RCS, OCS and GOTS) and support reporting to external bodies such as Better Cotton and Textile Exchange.

•Support delivery of sustainability and circular design strategy across core product categories, aligned to internal targets and external frameworks.
•Analyse sustainability data to identify risks to target delivery and opportunities for improvement.
•Develop and deliver training and resources for internal teams and suppliers; stay up to date with sustainability and industry developments.
•Lead weekly green claims compliance checks, produce audit-ready documentation, and support governance and external reporting.
•Assess and validate supplier documentation/certifications and manage the Better Cotton Platform account while maintaining supplier databases, trackers and critical paths.

•Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
•Confident working with data and automation, with good understanding of Microsoft Office (including Excel).
