Key Responsibilities

  • •Support AV/VC solutions locally and globally for in-region teams.
  • •Provide audio/visual support for events at the SpaceX office, including occasional out-of-hours coverage.
  • •Respond promptly to technical support requests via email, ticketing, and chat.
  • •Troubleshoot AV hardware and applications, providing problem solving and technical support.
  • •Document issues and updates, maintain SOPs/best practices, and create AV troubleshooting/configuration documentation.
