Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver safe, appropriate nursing care to a specific patient population using the nursing process and planned care.
  • •Assess patients, identify normal vs abnormal characteristics, and monitor signs, symptoms, and reactions to medications/treatments.
  • •Assure quality of care by measuring health outcomes against care goals and making/recommending necessary adjustments.
  • •Provide direct and indirect care including medication administration and therapeutic agents; perform skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and initiate peripheral venous access.
  • •Plan, document, and coordinate care using standardized procedures, initiate emergency procedures when indicated, and communicate with healthcare teams.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of nursing experience (required).
  • •1+ year of experience in GCC countries (preferred).
  • •Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • •Ability to perform patient assessments and clinical decision-making aligned to nursing competency and scope of practice frameworks.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills to succeed in the role.
