•Standard Costing: Develop, implement, and maintain standard costs in SAP.
•Cost Updates: Manage and establish processes for periodic cost updates and communicate impacts to senior management.
•Variance Analysis: Establish and manage standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead; track and report variances.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering and operations teams to analyze and explain material and labor variances.
•Data-Driven Insights: Analyze historical costs, provide actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 83,700 - 115,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CMA preferred.
•3–5+ years of cost accounting experience, preferably in complex, multi-plant manufacturing operations.
•Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP preferred.
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work with complex datasets within Excel and Google Sheets.
•Time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities; effective communication to non-financial stakeholders.
