Payroll Project Manager

Lead and implement global payroll projects across multiple regions including US, LAC, Europe, and AP. Set up project programs and frameworks from scratch, partnering with People team and cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful, timely implementations. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage scope and budget, while coordinating all project aspects in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment. Own strategic planning and change management to support payroll transformation efforts.
