Job Summary

Responsible for processing high volumes of software licensing orders, applying ITIL-based asset management practices, and partnering with internal teams and suppliers to optimize license usage and cost. Defines systems and dashboards to establish a single source of truth for software assets and drives license optimization and continual improvements within a global IT transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

•Process software requests through defined lifecycle software asset management processes and ensure timely ordering and delivery of software licenses to meet service levels and improve productivity.
•Respond to escalations and licensing queries from stakeholders to maintain efficient software asset management.
•Maintain a single record of all software assets across procurement and deinstallation, capturing license entitlements, proofs of purchase, keys, and activation information.
•Provide inputs to maintain a software renewals calendar and ensure timely renewal activities.
•Support software installation activities and engage with vendors, SCCM/Intune teams to ensure timely delivery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
•ITIL framework understanding and ITIL qualification as standard.
•5+ years in an ITIL-aligned operational role (Software Asset Management or similar).
•Solid knowledge and experience of ServiceNow.
•Ability to drive continual improvement and excellent analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
