Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in building and analyzing user conversion funnels, identifying drop-off points and improvement opportunities.
  • •Support A/B experiment evaluation, including pulling experiment data, validating cohort allocation, calculating uplift metrics, and summarizing results.
  • •Build and maintain dashboards for key product metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and UV/PV.
  • •Respond to product team ad-hoc data requests including user segmentation, feature adoption tracking, and campaign performance analysis.
  • •Write and maintain SQL queries for scheduled data pipelines and assist in data quality monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or related field).
  • •Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • •Understanding of A/B testing fundamentals (hypothesis testing, p-value, confidence intervals).
  • •Competency in SQL (e.g., writing complex queries with CTEs, window functions, subqueries) and either Python or R for data manipulation.
  • •Experience with product analytics or related data analysis roles is preferred.
