•Display a good sense of initiative, plan and prioritize, and champion change; take responsibility for performance and meet deadlines.
•Train and develop store associates through roleplay and coaching; monitor and assist with quarterly personal development goals.
•Provide coaching and feedback; use company tools to foster a 360-degree coaching culture and be open to feedback.
•Collaborate effectively with the team to promote the organization’s goals and ensure a consistently superior client experience.
