Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect data, analyze results, and disseminate findings to support the School’s research agenda.
  • •Contribute to developing and managing original research projects by preparing, setting up, conducting and recording survey and fieldwork outcomes.
  • •Work within teams, plan research projects and monitor progress; organize meetings, document progress, ensure ethical and other regulations are followed, and prepare progress reports.
  • •Analyze and interpret results to generate policy recommendations and write policy briefs, research reports and other publications.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders and present findings at internal and external conferences, seminars, and events.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • •1+ years’ of project management/research experience.
  • •Experience in data collection, analysis and dissemination to support research agendas.
  • •Ability to develop and manage original research projects, including surveys and fieldwork; plan and monitor progress with proper ethical regulations.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present findings at conferences and to diverse stakeholders.
