Job Summary

Design intuitive, accessible experiences for enterprise users as part of an agile team. Partner with Product Managers, UX Researchers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to translate user needs into user flows, annotated wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI. Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering on UX decisions, validate designs through feedback and usability insights, and iterate on clarity and usability to improve customer confidence.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to contribute to UX decisions, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
•Create and iterate on UX/UI deliverables including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and basic UI specs; validate designs through feedback and usability insights.
•Translate complex workflows into clear, consistent user experiences using established patterns, accessibility practices, and design system components.
•Support feature design from discovery through delivery across desktop, web, and mobile, partnering closely with engineers to ensure quality implementation.
•Learn and apply design standards and patterns, participate in design critiques, and incorporate feedback to continuously improve.

Key Requirements

•1 year of UX design experience (internships, co-ops, or equivalent project work welcome).
•Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•Foundational experience with UX practices such as personas, journey mapping, information architecture, and task flows.
•Experience creating wireframes and prototypes and contributing to visual design (e.g., in Figma or similar tools).
•Familiarity with designing for multiple platforms, including responsive web experiences.
