Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and improve Kelco’s quality standards and testing systems to reflect efficiency, reliability, and performance.
  • •Investigate quality concerns and lead or support root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
  • •Support APQP activities and contribute to control plans, PFMEA, process flow diagrams, gage R&R, SPC, IMDS, and dimensional layouts.
  • •Develop and implement inspection methods and testing procedures to evaluate product quality and conformance.
  • •Collaborate with production, engineering, and relevant teams to evaluate and improve product quality and manufacturing processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or 5 years related experience preferred.
  • •Experience in a manufacturing and/or quality environment preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, statistical process control, and preferred inspection methods.
