Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations in person and over the phone.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and support lending and deposit products (e.g., checking, small business, home equity, unsecured lending, certificates of deposit).
  • •Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while using lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts to achieve sales and referrals.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire clients and deepen relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and documentation, and support branch teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
