Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, machine learning engineers, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products.
  • •Use a broad technology stack (PyTorch, AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, LangChain, Lightning, VectorDBs, and more) to extract insights from large numeric and textual datasets.
  • •Serve as an expert in NLP and Large Language Models, adapting and fine-tuning models for customer-facing features.
  • •Build ML and NLP models across design, training, evaluation, and validation, partnering to operationalize them into scalable, resilient production systems.
  • •Translate model and research complexity into tangible business goals while communicating findings clearly.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a quantitative bachelor’s degree with 6 years of data analytics experience, or a quantitative master’s degree (or MBA with quantitative concentration) with 4 years, or a PhD with 1 year.
  • •Have at least 1 year of experience working with machine learning.
  • •Have at least 1 year leveraging open source programming languages for large-scale data analysis.
  • •Have at least 1 year utilizing relational databases.
  • •Have experience training or working with language models (LLMs) and adapting/fine-tuning for customer-facing applications.
