Key Responsibilities

  • •Build agents and expand knowledge of Copilot Studio for HR AI initiatives.
  • •Serve as the technical go-to person for HR agent building, with ongoing knowledge transfer to T&I colleagues.
  • •Create Copilot agents based on approved design documents, including supporting the drafting of design documents before development.
  • •Support use case selection and prioritization for HR AI program activities.
  • •Co-organize agent-building training to upskill T&I (and potentially broader HR) in agent development.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, human resources, artificial intelligence, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • •Strong interest in AI, agent development, digital innovation, and HR processes.
  • •Analytical ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • •Effective English communication and confidence collaborating with different stakeholders.
  • •Enrolled for the entire internship duration and at least 18 years old at the start; located in the Netherlands for the internship (relocation willingness if outside).
