Job Summary

Support ASML’s HR Technology & Innovation team by building and enabling AI agents. Develop knowledge of Copilot Studio, act as a technical go-to for HR agent development, and collaborate with T&I colleagues to draft design documents and deliver approved Copilot agents. Help with use case selection and prioritization, co-organize agent-building training for upskilling, and provide general support for the HR AI program.

Key Responsibilities

•Build agents and expand knowledge of Copilot Studio for HR AI initiatives.
•Serve as the technical go-to person for HR agent building, with ongoing knowledge transfer to T&I colleagues.
•Create Copilot agents based on approved design documents, including supporting the drafting of design documents before development.
•Support use case selection and prioritization for HR AI program activities.
•Co-organize agent-building training to upskill T&I (and potentially broader HR) in agent development.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, human resources, artificial intelligence, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
•Strong interest in AI, agent development, digital innovation, and HR processes.
•Analytical ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
•Effective English communication and confidence collaborating with different stakeholders.
•Enrolled for the entire internship duration and at least 18 years old at the start; located in the Netherlands for the internship (relocation willingness if outside).
