Job Summary

Join the Platform Firmware Quality Verification (PFQV) team as a hands-on technical engineer and individual contributor. Own end-to-end firmware verification delivery—from scoping and design through implementation, validation, and release—especially during the pre-silicon phase of SoC development. Collaborate with cross-functional firmware, simulation/virtual, design verification, and driver teams to implement verification methods, debug complex issues, manage risks and dependencies, and drive problems to closure.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end firmware verification delivery for features/projects, from scoping and design through implementation, validation, and release to ensure correctness and maintainability.
•Drive implementation and validation tasks and contribute to design specifications and technical proposals with cross-functional firmware and verification teams.
•Debug and resolve complex cross-component issues in pre-silicon and post-silicon environments to unblock execution and maintain high-quality delivery.
•Partner with program managers, architects, validation, and other firmware teams to identify dependencies, risks, and execution gaps and track progress to align stakeholders.
•Surface issues early, drive them to closure, and balance short-term delivery needs with long-term technical health.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: RSD 3,839,640 - 5,485,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience in firmware verification with strong pre-silicon and post-silicon functional verification understanding and clear ownership of deliverables.
•Full verification lifecycle experience, including design, implementation, debugging, validation, and sustainment, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
•Expertise in firmware QA concepts, best practices, and procedures, including improving validation methodologies.
•Experience developing verification requirements, test plans, and test cases, including creating and reviewing requirements and test plans.
•Comfort with scripting and verification automation, including tools such as Python, Windows PowerShell, or Java; Jenkins experience and pipeline scripting.
