Facilities & Logistics Assistant

Support day-to-day facilities and workplace operations for an expanding office footprint in San Mateo. Set up desks and workspaces, move and organize furniture and equipment, receive and distribute shipments, coordinate outbound deliveries, and perform routine inspections. Assist with light maintenance and repairs, track facilities requests and work orders, and partner with the Workplace Manager and vendors to keep the office safe, clean, stocked, and ready for employees.
