Job Summary

Lead a software application team supporting sustainment and new development for cloud-enabled defense systems. Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain secure software that ingests, tags, and audits data sets, with a focus on improved quality and process efficiency in an Agile environment. Partner with engineers, architects, and leaders while applying modern DevSecOps, continuous integration/delivery, and multi-tier microservice architectures on AWS web services.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading Agile software development teams.
•Proficiency facilitating Agile ceremonies, maintaining team cadence, and supporting predictable delivery.
•Strong understanding of Agile metrics to drive team improvement and ability to identify/remove impediments.
•Experience ensuring alignment with project and product objectives, including sustainment and new feature development in Agile teams.
•Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
