Provide timely, accurate client service by completing financial transactions and maintaining proper records, while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities, participate in retail community leadership routines, and help with new account openings and issue resolution. •Provide a consistent, client-focused experience by completing standardized and more complex transactions and handling assigned monies accurately.
•Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online banking, and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process through outbound calls and referral/next-step routing based on client needs or offers.
•Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by delivering Truist expertise and solutions tailored to client needs.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; act as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements
