Job Summary

Provide transactional legal support for syndicated loan activity across U.S. Bank business lines, including Institutional Client Group, Commercial Real Estate, Working Capital Finance, and Loan Capital Markets. Review syndicated credit agreements and commitment documents, advise stakeholders on deal structures and legal issues, and support credit review work. Collaborate with the Law Division and contribute to legal excellence through communication, judgment, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide transactional legal support for syndicated loan business lines.
•Review syndicated credit agreements and commitment papers and advise on related legal documents.
•Support legal guidance to the commercial lending teams for syndicated loan transactions.
•Collaborate within the Law Division to support excellence and meaningful participation.
•Contribute to process improvement, including adoption of technology and/or AI in legal workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 133,365 - 156,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Licensed by and in good standing with the appropriate state bar association or other appropriate state attorney licensing authority.

•Strong technical knowledge of syndicated loan transactions and the syndicated lending market.
•Demonstrated ability to incorporate process improvements and technology and/or AI solutions into legal processes.
