Job Summary

Partner with CHS’s Continuous Improvement Team to co-facilitate and co-lead senior continuous improvement initiatives for the Agriculture Division and international operations. Based in Barcelona, you’ll drive process optimization using Lean methods (value stream mapping, Kaizen, root cause analysis), implement technology-enabled workflow solutions, and lead change/project governance. Use data analytics and visual management tools (dashboards/scorecards) to measure impact and sustain scalable ways of working across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Co-facilitate and co-lead large-scale continuous improvement projects with CI team members, business leaders, and functional teams across international locations.
•Lead end-to-end process improvement to simplify work, eliminate waste, improve flow, and increase operational effectiveness and consistency across countries.
•Apply Lean methodologies (standard work, root cause analysis, visual management, continuous flow, problem-solving) to improve process performance and scalability.
•Collaborate with IT, digital, and business teams to design and implement technology-enabled solutions and deploy low-code/digital workflow changes.
•Use operational and business data to identify performance gaps, build visual management tools (dashboards/scorecards), and sustain improvements through standard work, documentation, training, and governance routines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
•4+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, process improvement, data analytics, program management, project management, or related fields.
•Fluency in English and Spanish.
•Lean or Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt).
•Experience using data to support process improvement, performance tracking, and visual management.
