Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-facilitate and co-lead large-scale continuous improvement projects with CI team members, business leaders, and functional teams across international locations.
  • •Lead end-to-end process improvement to simplify work, eliminate waste, improve flow, and increase operational effectiveness and consistency across countries.
  • •Apply Lean methodologies (standard work, root cause analysis, visual management, continuous flow, problem-solving) to improve process performance and scalability.
  • •Collaborate with IT, digital, and business teams to design and implement technology-enabled solutions and deploy low-code/digital workflow changes.
  • •Use operational and business data to identify performance gaps, build visual management tools (dashboards/scorecards), and sustain improvements through standard work, documentation, training, and governance routines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
  • •4+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, process improvement, data analytics, program management, project management, or related fields.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • •Lean or Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt).
  • •Experience using data to support process improvement, performance tracking, and visual management.
