Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Assess customers’ homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.

  • •Provide a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for both technicians and customers.
  • •Participate in paid virtual and on-the-job training and ongoing coaching to grow within the organization.
