  • •Ensure product compliance, including conformance to customer specifications and proper labeling.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • •2+ years of HACCP implementation and sanitation experience in a food processing plant.
  • •Broad knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP, and SSOPs.
  • •Working knowledge of food micro, facility sanitation, and fresh meat process/product knowledge.
  • •HACCP/HARPC certification preferred, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.
