Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the full lifecycle of enterprise storage technologies (file, block, object, cloud, and tape) across on-premises and cloud environments.
  • •Provide Level 2 escalation and participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation for Managed Service Provider teams.
  • •Investigate and troubleshoot performance and availability issues affecting Media Operations and Enterprise Systems, identify root causes, and coordinate cross-team resolution.
  • •Upgrade, patch, and maintain storage systems to improve functionality, stability, performance, and security.
  • •Develop and maintain automation scripts and technical documentation, including support runbooks, system diagrams, and operational procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Minimum of four years supporting and troubleshooting medium-to-large, highly available storage and data-protection environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with at least two storage platforms such as NetApp, Dell EMC (PowerScale/Isilon), Cloudian/S3-compatible, Azure and AWS cloud storage, enterprise LTO tape libraries, or Rubrik backup platforms.
  • •Experience planning, documenting, validating, implementing, and testing technical solutions in a global enterprise environment.
  • •Working knowledge of storage protocols and technologies including Fibre Channel, iSCSI, SMB/CIFS, NFS, S3, flash storage, RAID, and LTO tape.
