Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a variety of engineering initiatives with a global team of engineers.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to ensure governance, project delivery, and architecture requirements are met.
  • •Lead DevOps/Cloud engineering across one or more DevOps pods.
  • •Drive the Kubernetes platform forward to meet growing business demand and ensure high availability.
  • •Build and manage cloud environments for application deployments, including infrastructure-as-code engineering, QA, compliance remediation, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced Kubernetes and cloud knowledge (AWS), including understanding complexities of moving to the cloud and building at scale.
  • •Experience running large-scale platforms across build, test, deploy, monitor, and alerting.
  • •Leadership and teamwork skills to collaborate with DevOps application pods and build relationships with stakeholders and IT teams.
  • •Operational effectiveness delivering solutions aligned to approved design patterns and security standards.
  • •Experience working in an Agile Scrum and DevOps environment, including knowledge of Jira; experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services).
