Key Responsibilities

•Practice safety at all times, including lock-out/tag-out and confined space entry procedures.
•Support manufacturing and office with routine and emergency equipment repairs, installation, preventative maintenance, and project work.
•Perform metal fabrication, pipe fitting, hydraulics repair, and carpentry as required.
•Operate shop equipment to grind, file, and turn machine parts to dimensional specifications.
•Complete preventative maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, and all assigned project work.

Key Requirements

•Read blueprints and schematics.
•Ability to follow lock-out/tag-out and confined space entry procedures and practice safety at all times.
•Willingness to work rotating shifts (rotating 1st, 2nd, and 3rd).
•Ability to creatively solve problems and facilitate others in doing the same.
•Effective verbal and written communication with people of various educational and technical backgrounds.
