Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert technical support for critical enterprise IT systems and services.
  • •Support hybrid infrastructures, including on-premises and cloud-based environments.
  • •Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Linux systems to ensure availability and integrity.
  • •Triage, diagnose, and resolve IT issues using ITSM lifecycle processes and coordinate with relevant teams.
  • •Execute workstation/laptop updates, imaging, configuration, and lifecycle maintenance while maintaining documentation and compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40.11 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma with 6–9 years (or commensurate) experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
  • •Experience supporting hybrid on-prem and cloud environments.
  • •Experience with Multifactor Authentication (MFA) technologies and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • •Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with users up to VIP/executive level personnel.
  • •Must be able to attain and maintain DFC Public Trust clearance.
