•Build and foster relationships through proactive outreach and follow up, asking questions and supporting preferred banking channel needs.
•Maintain working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital and self-service offerings, and educate customers on emerging tools.
•Provide an optimal client experience by greeting clients, processing basic transactions, opening consumer and business accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Typically 3 to 4 years of job-related retail banking experience, or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

•Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients and demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
•Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems, including experience demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
