Branch Operations Manager ( UAE National )

Oversee and manage the branch’s operational, administrative, control, and service support activities. Ensure efficient execution of transactions within service levels, supervise branch operations staff, and coordinate with centralized/head office teams. Own cash & vault custodian responsibilities, strengthen internal control and operational risk management, and review transactions, reconciliations, and audit/compliance requirements. Lead staff performance, drive customer service standards, and ensure secure facilities and document storage.
