Job Summary

Ensure Allianz Commercial’s admitted Property & Casualty products comply with US regulatory requirements by managing rate, rule, and form submissions to state Departments of Insurance via SERFF. Partner with the North America Product Governance team, work with actuaries and LoBs to support filings with statistically sound data, maintain filing systems, research requirements, and negotiate approvals to enable timely product changes.

Key Responsibilities

•Submit rate, rule, and form filings to state Departments of Insurance via SERFF to ensure admitted products comply with statutory requirements.
•File forms, rates, loss costs, and rules developed with state insurance regulators for policyholder marketing.
•Utilize NAIC (SERFF) and Florida I-File for automated filing workflows.
•Coordinate with actuary staff and LoBs to develop supporting statistically sound data for filings and ensure timely submissions.
•Negotiate approval with state Departments of Insurance and maintain filing records/systems, including StateFilings.com.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 78,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory and government relations for a Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Company, including knowledge of P&C products.
•Review and analyze state statutes and regulations to determine impact and develop action plans.
•Perform rate, rule, and form analysis for insurance filings.
•Work with state regulators, rating bureaus, and Departments of Insurance to support filing processes and approvals.
•Strong knowledge of SERFF and the rate, rule, and form filing process; experience using SERFF and I-File.
