Key Responsibilities

  • •Review customer requirements, prepare product comparisons, and advise suitable cost- and technical-fit solutions during pre-sales.
  • •Coordinate with technical teams/factory for added support and product/service sales pricing; prepare and present solutions and proposals.
  • •Prepare and update product specifications in Thai and English for designers/customers to use in TOR, and prepare competitive advantage/drawbacks with sales training support.
  • •Coordinate project execution with PM, including timeline management, partner installation of 3rd-party products/services, configuration, startup, and SAT.
  • •Support after-sale activities by troubleshooting product/installation issues when required; also support marketing events and technical documentation submissions for TISI.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical disciplines.
  • •1–3 years of experience as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) or in related UPS product fields.
  • •Good command of English skills (oral and written).
  • •Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, self-motivation, adaptability, and initiative.
  • •Ability to use MS-Office and web-based tools, and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
