Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain knowledge of general agronomy skills including scouting, crop protection, nutrient products, seed, custom application and mixing procedures.
  • •Perform all agronomy/seed operations.
  • •Monitor and maintain quality of inventory and assist with record keeping and periodic housekeeping.
  • •Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for agronomy equipment, including vehicles and sprayers.
  • •Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed, while maintaining environmental and safety compliance.
