Supervise electric and/or gas distribution and transmission construction, operation, and maintenance activities, including planning, scheduling, and inspections. Key Responsibilities

•Supervise employees and contractor crews in the construction, operation, and maintenance of electric and/or gas distribution and transmission systems, ensuring safe and efficient daily field activities.
•Plan, schedule, and oversee new construction work, preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, and training activities in accordance with standards, policies, procedures, safety rules, and budgets.
•Schedule line or street crews by assessing project scope, assigning appropriate crews and skills, arranging special equipment, and ensuring materials needs are met.
•Administer damage claims, billing, leak reports, time sheets, store orders, job kitting, work order balancing, material review, and safety/regulatory compliance.
•Coordinate safety training, documentation, inspections, and accident investigations; may conduct employee evaluations and support labor relations contract administration and communications.

Salary: USD 106,000 - 132,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience (or associate degree with at least 7 years, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years and completion of the relevant progression program).
•Knowledge of line work and construction, including line, gas, and/or electric theory, switching, tagging, leak detection methods, and instrumentation.
•Knowledge of industry codes including NEC, NESC, Hazmat, and OSHA.
•Valid driver’s license; may require various DOT Operator Qualifications.
•Computer skills applicable to MS Word, MS Excel, SAP, and MS Outlook.
