Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct legal reviews of contracts, identify and mitigate legal risks, and provide practical advice to internal stakeholders.
  • •Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements for oilfield services and equipment, including master service and commercial/pricing agreements.
  • •Ensure contractual consistency between French and English versions while aligning with business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited university or college.

  • •Have an applicable license to practice law.
  • •Fluent French and English with strong written/verbal communication and analytical/writing skills.
