Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage procurement functions (contracting and purchasing) on major projects, including organization, reporting, and performance for successful completion.
  • •Prepare bid packages, develop bidders lists, issue RFPs/RFQs, conduct bid openings and evaluations, and manage negotiations and clarifications.
  • •Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define scope, KPIs, budgets, workflows, and procedures for project(s).
  • •Issue and manage purchase orders and contracts, including PO change management and closeout once requirements are met.
  • •Plan, organize, coordinate, and direct the work of procurement staff on large, complex packages and liaise with stakeholders to resolve commercial issues.
